Booking Policy.

You can book by phone or email. The deposit amount is up to 50% of the rental cost for each house.
The booking fee can be paid by bank transfer (be sure to include the invoice number), at the Saunamaailm store, or on-site.
Legal entities can also pay the deposit via invoice or provide a letter of guarantee.
If the deposit is not received within 3 working days, the house will be made available for booking to other customers.
Cancellation of the sauna visit must be notified 14 days in advance; otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.
In exceptional cases, a security deposit may be required when renting houses. This deposit will be returned to the customer the next day after the house is handed over, provided that the house and its inventory are in good order and undamaged.
The person responsible for the booking must be at least 21 years old.
Increasing the number of guests is possible by agreement with the administrator.

Please follow the recommended number of people in saunas.
Only charcoal may be used for grilling.
No smoking indoors.
Outdoor shoes are not allowed inside.
Confetti cannons are not permitted.
Fire extinguishers are for emergencies only.
Body oils are not allowed in saunas.
Keep the furnace door closed when not in use.
Please do not climb onto roofs.
Please dispose of all rubbish, including cigarette butts and gum, in bins.
Treat the premises with care.
Saunaküla is not responsible for personal belongings left in houses.
The outdoors quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please refrain from making noise and using speakers during that time.
Vehicles must be parked in the designated area.
